Sunshine Ministry

Sunshine Ministry

The Sunshine Ministry is being formed as a Christ-centered, helping and caring ministry. We will strive to create an atmosphere which promotes service, volunteerism, and unity within our Holy Trinity family. Everyone (all ages) can love and care for one another and offer practical help to each other in their own way. Please come to the start-up of this new ministry to see how you can offer your time and talent.

Here are some ways to keep in mind:

Visit and call those who are confined to their home, a nursing home or hospital;
Call or send a greeting card and note to those who we have not seen for a time or are ill;
Support and comfort those suffering through life losses;
Support for those experiencing hardships (assist around house, small repairs, car repair, meals);
Prepare and deliver meals to those who are recovering from long-time illnesses, new mothers and their family;
Offer rides to Church services, doctor appointments, etc.;
Hospitality to visitors, newcomers;
Keep in touch with our college students – assemble care backpacks; and
Offer prayers to all in need

God bless you as we join together to help our Holy Trinity family.
